    Hello Everybody,

Ever since I got P265/70 R17 Toyo Open Country II AT, my truck is avg 17.8 mpg. Well that is not the issue. However, recently I noticed that when on the highway my truck have a hard time maintaining constant speed at 65 or 70. I would have to gas extra hard (not normal). It would start decelerating even though i'm on the gas. What could cause this problem, and no I wasn't climbing a hill. Help me out TW!

You're unable to maintain speed, no matter how much gas you give it? Even flooring it? If that's what you're saying, you have far bigger problems than tires.

Now if you're saying you can't maintain speed without giving it more gas than usual, that makes sense because you're now running larger tires(assuming you were running stock size before).

You sure it's not the engine braking?
