Fold Down Passenger Seat Question

    Interesting. I'm less worried about the airbag because we've disabled it, but your post makes me wonder about the likelyhood of a malfunction where the bag fires even though its turned off. I assume this is less likely than an OPDS miscalc....?

    Anyway, I'm inclined to keep driving with it down despite the warning, but I'll just stop putting the diaper bag on the actual tray and keep it down on the floor either in front or behind the passenger seat depending on space.

    Airbag would not hit the bottom seat flying the top part up the airbag would explode on the side of the bottom seat
