I bought a 2013 tacoma regular cab 4x4 2.7. I wanted the power windows and the cruise option but it was not available on regular cabs. The other day i was riding in a friends crew cab and the door panel looked like mine except it had the power windows. If i buy a panel would it fit mine? I was going to install an aftermarket kit where i drill in my own button but I have this idea that maybe i can use a tacoma panel from another truck that had power windows. Let me know if anyone has done this or if this is possible

I imagine the window crank would prohibit you from doing this.

The regular cab doors are a little bit wider than the double cab. But I have no idea if the trim panels are a different size as well.

Measuring tape and 5 minutes at a dealership should solve this conundrum... Not like that many of us have regular and double cabs parked side by side in our driveways. ;)

I bought a 2013 Regular Cab in June. Since purchase I have installed fog lights, cruise control, intermittent wipers and ditched the steel wheels for alloys. I think next on my list is a backup camera.
Not many options available on these Regular Cabs!

WD, can you tell us the part number for your intermittent wipers? I'd like to change mine out also...greetings from Schoharie County.

Regular cab doors are wider. Ask someone to measure the doors for an access cab. If not then you need to ddissemble everything on the door panel and switch them over. Also need the window motor and harness

Or you can save all that money and time and crank the window by hand. Good arm exercise.

Regardless of fit and size, the biggest problem you will have is wiring it all up! Your truck does not have the Body Control module with power windows in it, so it would need the BCM, all the harness and wiring, etc.... It would be cheaper to just sell what you have and buy up.
