1981 Mercury Lynx (paid $300 for, got to drive it like twice before head gasket cracked)
1982 Ford Escort (lasted 6 months before going to the graveyard with cracked head gasket)
1988 Hyundai Excel (lasted a few years but had absolutely NO power & was afraid to take it on interstate without getting ran over. Rear main seal finally did her in)
1987 Ford Tempo (comfy car but had hesitation issues)

2002 Mitsubishi Mirage (No power whatsoever but VERY dependable little car, ex still drives it with 175,000+ miles on her)
2004 Nissan Sentra (very reliable, traded her in at 114,000 miles on my current ride)
2006 Tacoma TRD Sport (current ride & has been very dependable. Has never left me stranded once. Regular maintenance & no issues in the last 30,000 miles, bought with 64,000 on the clock.)

1999 Mustang GT when I was 15 years old...WAY too much power for a kid that age, but damn was it a fun ride. Engine threw a few spark plugs so I did a teardown to the short block and rebuilt it. Sold it to some chap from Alabama who drove it back to Birmingham, only to let his 16 year old son run it dry out of oil and seize the motor.

Then I bought a 2008 VW Golf. Lots of fun, my first FWD. Not many mods available, and I got bored of it after 4 years and traded it in.

Then the Taco...and there's no forum member on earth that will read all of what I can say about this truck
