    Nice addition....truck looks great. Thats exactly the kind of ramp I need to get my utv to fit (if it does). Is that just a 1/2 inch (or 3/4 inch) piece of plywood resting in the bed?? Any closer pics of the wooden ramp would be great! Where did you get the headache rack? Thanks..

    Bought the rack from action trucks. Its a pretty well know rack in Canada. All I did was draw the angle I wanted the aluminum to be on, then beveled the edges, then got a friend to tig them. Bolted 17.5" pieces of 2x4 on them, and those were the two ramps. The plywood is 3/4 thick I believe, and holds it fine. I'm gonna build the middle up later but it probably doesn't need it. Cut was 57 wide X about 32 or however long you want it. Mine is a perfect fit to start stopping the rear tires from moving off the tailgate. Will get some better pics later but it was very easy

    Looks pretty good. I think I've seen similar pieces to your aluminum ones at canadian tire or princess auto for building your own ramps, all they do is bolt to a piece of 2x6 or 2x8. My KFX400 fits between the wheel wells on my Taco, but it's all stock. Often thought of puting spacers on but then I would have this problem too.

    Ya mine fit perfect stock too. But I bought it used and it had SS wheels and MudLites on the rear, so I bought matching SS rims and mudlites for the front and it gave it a little more width to where I couldnt pull it in. This way works fine though. If you have a back rack it fits nice and lets you secure it easy

    And ya I seen the ramp things, I just didnt want to drop another 40 bucks for 4 of them, so I made (4) 9 inch ones. I like having it really wide so I dont have to worry about pulling other bikes on too

    For sure. I was so pissed when it wouldn't fit. But then 20 mins later I had this idea and it was easy. We fit a outlander 650 on there easy too with the ramps. That's gonna be my next bike!

    The 650 outlanders are a nice bike, Ive used a outlander 500 quite a bit and very comfortable bikes. My next one is a RZR 800S, will have to use my trailer then.

    I drive my buddies renegade 800 all the time and I love it. He's actually the one who put it through the rear window lol
