Fog light mod. 21 inch light bar behind the bumper. 3in. Ome lift with 885 and top plate. Light racing uca and spider trax wheel spacers

This is my first thread. I have been lurking in the shadows for awhile. My plan is to lift my 2013 DC TRD Off Road(about 3 in.). What iam looking for is at least as smooth as stock ride no wider width then what 1.250 wheel spacers would be. I do light off roading but the reason I want a decent suspension is I travel across a mountain everyday to work.(Sometimes at high speeds.) Thanks for any advice.
