On my 2002 Tacoma, when I lower the drivers window (power windows), if I try to raise it within 45 seconds or so, it goes up a few inches and stops. If I try after 15 seconds, it will go another inch or two, and stop. If I wait 1 minute or longer, it will go all the way up.
On occasion, it happens with the passenger window, but not very often
Any other people have this problem? Cure? Ideas?
We use a/c 95% of the time, and carry a piece of clear plastic and tape in the car

I'm going to guess there is a pinch sensor of some sort it maybe nothing more then a dry track.

Not sure what a "pinch sensor" is. And I'm sure it's not a dry track problem. If I wait 1 minute or longer after lowering it, it raises just fine.
When I get some time (things are crazy now) I will pull the fuse for the power windows, and put an amp meter across it to measure darws on each window.
I think this would be the easiest way.

    Could be a clip broken.

As in a clip that hold a connector together? Everything looked ok, when I had the panel off. It's not like it starts working when the door is closed, or moved. It's just a mater of waiting 1 minute of time.
