replaced battery cable terminals

    Hey guys i replaced my ground side battery cable terminal today and now the truck wont start, all my interior lights work fine except it goes dead when i try starting it...:confused: any idea of what went wrong? thanks guys i appreciate any suggestions or answers

    Is there good contact on the terminal? Double check that and maybe clean the posts on the battery. I did the same thing a while ago.

    Perkins Performance Sliders, Warn 9000, Brute Force Fab front & rear bumper, OME/Dakar lift, full ATO skids and hi-lift mount, satoshi, Wet Okoles, illuminated 4x4 switch, Diff Breather.
    Check your alternator. Did you ever accidentally cross wires during the install?

    check to make sure all terminals are tight and all connections are clean, re trace your steps.

    Was the wire you clamped into the terminal bright, shiny copper?

    Locking Tailgate & Gas Cap and extra bed D-rings
    Check the resistance across your connections and that your healthy battery is fully charged.

    thanks to everybody's suggestions i redid everything and cleaned my terminals and it cranked right up! thank god thanks to everyone !!!!
