1650 lb.seems like you estimated your base payload high, an AC is more like 1400 iirc. Even so you still need to subtract your weight n fuel, so its likely more like 1250lb +/-.

So I guess the answer is the obvious "you shouldn't" , but I bet you will.:D

I might not break anything, just don't be surprised if it does.

is overloading your truck a dot violation? I would pay an extra fee and have it delivered.

$30k truck vs $50 (possibly) delivery fee.

do not know how much weight I was carrying. had 8 antelope quartered up in big coolers on ice, camping gear and 3 guys on board and blew out my shocks. I have the toytec aal's, payload includes persons on board and gas so it is not what advertised. I wouldn't do it, seen axle tubes bend from too much weight.

I don't think they mean to be deceptive in advertising , they all do it .. say "1300 lb payload" they mean any weight added whatsoever, we often think " oh , cargo".

I scaled mine with a full tank that way I know what's left.
Too bad feds didn't make them all go by a standard, perhaps one of full tank, a 180 lb and a 120lb passengers, so they all compared the same. Suddenly 1350 would be 900lb on a level compare.

FUFY? I just Googled this and all the results were about puppies, kittens, and this....

Anyways, when it comes to Toyota they knows what they are doing when they say the limit is this.... Also if your over loaded in the rear wouldn't/couldn't you lose some turning ability as your front would start to lift? I swear I've seen some old trucks over loaded with this happen

Yep, get a rental trailer and abuse that. No sense in abusing your truck and risking possible damage, possibly causing a wreck, getting sued, etc.

Only because the truck was sitting on the frame and could not go any further.

Tow trailer or delivery, don't take a chance. $100 max for either, much more damage can be done if you throw it in the bed. Scratches, spring, shock, seals, etc., can be expensive.

I am sure it would do it. But why would you want to. Make two trips and eliminate any questions

thinking to myself, front loader full of river rocks, ain't no way I am dumping said load in bed, especially 2000#'s +....

even with the plywood, there will be distortions to the bed itself.....check the vertical side clearance tailgate edge to bed edge, probably will be a bit off when you get done....

I personally would abuse a rented trailer....

    good luck....

    .
40 bags of 60 pound concrete plus rack, shell, two passengers and fuel, probably 3200-3350
    [IMG]

one yard of gravel plus ten bags of rock, with everything, probably 4000 pounds
    [IMG]

With the right mods it can, but i don not recommend trying this at all, if you don't upgrade the brakes you are a danger to others on the road, just do two loads or better yet, like the other posters said, just get it delivered.
