OME complete kit with dakars, LR UCAs, Seat covers, weathertechs, anytime foglight mod, ABS kill switch, locker anytime mod, powered sub, halos, leer topper, aux/ipod hookup.
I love my AC, no regrets, if I were too get a DC i'd get the long bed, only downside to that is the longer wheelbase. Stick with the AC and buy a topper in case you need to hauls stuff out of the weather.

i love my access cab, sometimes i wish i had a dc being that i drive a toyota and all my friends drive american makes and they are always broken down so i end up driving them around. I wish i could make that up. I mainly use the jump seats for storage so it holds more than anything i need it to, and i also use the storage comtainers under the seats. and having the long bed is also nice.

I like my AC. Although if you have a family or kids there is not much room in the rear for the kids. It is a good all around truck for work or play, but not so far a comfy daily driver with growing up kids.I looked at a Tundra before the Tacoma. I did not buy the Tundra because there were no full size beds on the lot. They had no DC on the lot when I bought mine. If they would have I would have liked to have the DC long bed.

I have never once even thought about having a DC. My AC is far better looking IMO.

Really? You'll take one guy's word on this? I've been lookin' all afternoon for reasonable proof of these "major structural issues" and found nothing. I call BS.

I'd like to see some photographic proof of the above mentioned cracks. I've never heard of it.

I don't really have anything bad to say about my AC but I wouldn't mind having the extra room in the back if I had a DC but it is what it is.

It's pretty simple, you either need the double cab for room/passengers or you don't. Access cab is NOT for passenger's unless they are small children 7 very young. I have the double cab & it's very convienent for extra ppl who want a NORMAL amount of legroom. There is no defect in the doublecab, & no RUST whatsoever because of it, stupidest crap I ever read. If you need more than 5ft of bedspace & don't need the extra passenger room, get an access cab otherwise the doublecab shortbed works JUST FINE!! good grief...

Hell yes I wish I had the DC. But a DCLB wouldn't fit in my garage, and I didn't want the SB. I've made the AC more livable by putting a shelf in that fits over the seats when folded down, a couple of quilts for padding, some pillows for people to lean against. People tend to sit cross-legged back there, but because of the shelf it's like a bench seat now so they can lean one way or the other and aren't locked into one position. One person can lounge back there like it's a sofa. Still, it's no double cab.

Love my access cab. Perfect for me and my needs. Removed the back seats and built a camo deck.

Just about to pull the trigger on a DCLB Limited. I need interior space but want to keep my long bed. My big issue is the Limited package. I might just get the TRD. My AC is the SR5. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Nice. Yeah, I have something similar to that for the AC. Works fine for adults or kids with a little padding, some pillows. Great for dogs also. Still not a DC, but a very functional cheap mod. Have storage room under the shelf. I have mine cut out for the seat belt connections.

Removed the center seatbelt connections. Looking at camoing the grey area where the material is below the headrests.

I had an 04 ACLB and now have a 12 DCLB. And I have to say I would never buy an AC again.

So just imagine going to the store and in a parking lot now you want to put stuff in the back seat. Put shopping cart by back door grab one bag open drivers door move up by seat open back door put in bag now close back door and get one more bag and repeat. Now imagine the pain in the ass if you ever had people in the back seat. Other than that whole thing I guess it is ok. But having adults back there for more than 5-10 miles suckks for them. But like I said never again.

Was just about to go AC when I spotted a demo DC on the lot & found it was almost the same price. Might have been a mistake since it has become the family vehicle of choice. But I prefer the look and use the backseats for golf clubs, groceries, etc. so I'm glad it was there. Too bad it wasn't an OR DC...

Yep. Originally I was set on a DC but then found a great deal on my AC.

I figured kids are a few years off still, so I bought the AC and figure I'll trade it in next year.

I would not give up my AC for a DC , some folks like the double cab but.... Especially if its only going to haul you around

True, I don't mind the wheelbase but it has been a negative while out hunting. I just wish the long bed DC came in standard :(
