Any body have thoughts on whether getting the Leaf Spring TSB done will help solve the Taco Lean issue?

Usually does not. BECAUSE taco lean is due to so many heavy components on the driver side. gas tank, battery, driver, etc. Best fix is drive around with a 1/4 tank or not care. I went with the latter. Now... EXTREME lean should be checked out by the dealer. Like over an inch and half difference etc.
