Wanted Speedway blue BAD! Ended up with a MGM and a really good deal from a dealership that wanted "last years model" off their lot.

I had my heart set on spruce mica, and held out for it. Had to have it ordered in from out of state, as they apparently don't send that color to Oklahoma on a normal basis.

I have the following colors and like them all:
    SWB-wife wanted color
SSM-son's and was found a good deal
MGM- mine and like color and good deal on it

    I voted SWB

I love my MGM, and it was my top pick besides white. Just something about the whole stormtrooper look that I absolutely love!

When I was shopping for a USED Tacoma (which I desired since I put very few miles on my vehicles working from home), MGM was definitely, by far, number 1. My tC was Flint Mica and I just have a thing for the grey/charcoal color. It looks strong...

Anyway, that said, MGM is simply NOT find-able as a used vehicle the way I wanted it (fairly new, low miles, DC, 4x4). But SSM is a solid second choice for me and I found that.

Strangely, I see way more silver Tacos than any other color around here but MGM is the most desired. I wonder if someone at TMC got their statistics messed up???

I love the blue on these trucks, but they definately stand out more than the rest (other than red), So my next choice was MGM, and that's what I was able to get.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Personal preference is my guess :notsure:

For me, it's cause I live in Washington where everyone seems to be shitty depressed hipsters with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder ), so it just seemed like the right thing to do.

Not gonna get all defensive about the vernacular, but MGM is about as far from "Primer" as you can get. It is glossy, with metallic flake in the paint. Primer is almost always flat, not glossy, non-metallic.

If Primer Gray was an option though, I probably would've gotten it :p
