Hey y'all. How can I get more power and not break the bank? Already have a flow master and an afe intake. What do you recommend?

Charge it and ditch the chokemaster.

Or try headers, y pipe, exhaust.

May also entertain the maf calibrator to capitalize the bolt ons

Thanks. What would be better if I went with headers? Long or short

Many here say short.....they also retain ur cats but u need to have the cats welded onto the new headers.

Others on xru say long......also deleted the front 2 cats.

    Define "better"

Where do u want your tq, down low like a truck, or up higher like a honda?

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
Simply put no. flowmaster is just as if not more restrictive than stock since its chambered and stock intake already draws cold air from outside engine bay. a freeer flowing filter will help but not be noticeable most likely. U could get a smooth s bend and replace the corrugated s from fender to filter box and pick up a bit more. straight thru mufflers with offer less restriction at higher rpms. but u may lose a little down low same with cat removal

Thanks yota! Appreciate any help I can get...don't care to throw away $! In other words, the only solution to noticeable gain is the S/C?

No, you can get noticable gains and stay naturally asiprated but it's not cheap.

Headers, underdrive pulleys, electric fan... There isn't much left to be squeezed out of these motors. XR Underground may be a better place for this topic.
