I have a 2011 Tacoma sr5 double cab stock 6 lug wheel (no lift). I'm going with the Fuel Boost 17X9 and I wanted to put Hankook Dynapro atm 265/70/17 or 265/65/17 on them (the tires are rated for a 9inch rim). I don't want any rubbing and the tire to stick out the side about a 1/2 an inch. I have looked at the threads on here about the offset and backspacing. It looks like I would need a 4.5bs with -12 offset. Is this correct? what is confusing me is every place I call is telling me a different offset and backspacing. Thanks for your Help!

Just had a company tell me -5 backspace 0 offset. Would this work?

I don't think you want anything more than 5.5" of backspacing with 9" wheels. If you do it might rub on the upper control arms. This combo will keep you away from the upper controls arms but it might rub on the mud flaps inside the fender well while turning and compressing the suspension.

Here is a link to a helpful calculator for checking clearance.

Also, here is a reference pic of my truck with 9 inch wheels and 13mm offset, 5.5" backspacing.
