My dog hated that, she's looking at me like, da phuq?...sounds horrible. Lower ball joint is my thought. Metal on metal sound...how many miles on the parts total, and post lift miles?

hahah i get that look backing out parking spots now. 140k miles on the truck, about 40k-50 on the lift over 3 years. Suspension kit includes TC UCA, fox coilovers, and LR jounce shocks.

If it were me I would pony up and buy the total chaos standard length arms that will be fully serviceable in the future and be a nice match to your parts. I think you will find that replacing ANYTHING on the lower arm more trouble than it's worth and you'll end up buying stock OEM arms anyway. Ymmv.

yeah Ive been tossing the idea around of just going for it with a TC 2+ kit since I have a LT rear already or getting the stock length lowers and maybe bypasses. I guess Im going to have to jump to a decision sooner than thought! I wonder if I can just hose down the ball joint with white lithium grease or something to shut it up for a few weeks. I drove it thru the carwash about a week ago and it went away for a bit. So i thought there was maybe grit or something in the uniball.
