I just bought a 2013 Tacoma, I wasn't able to find the truck I wanted with that particular audio setup. Has anyone made that switch? If so, how much was it and was it worth it?

Dude just buy jbl speakers from an audio store since jbl offers a 5000 watt amp and get an aftermarket head unit that works like entune

The entune is junk, I end up running my pandora just like you would any other aux input hookup and play it as a ipod.
Seems like the thing always freezes up, by the time it connects I already arrive at my destination.

Do your self a favor and do not buy the entune jbl, I purchased it because I liked the idea of navi. After some use the thing is such a pain in the ass I end up using my iphone anyways.

And I liked the reverse camera, little did I know that came on all 2013 tacos I didn't do my research.

I'm not even going to get into the sound quality.

Just upgrade to an aftermatket headunit. Cheaper. Better. Enough said.

No problems with mine, connects in about 5 seconds, no freezing up. I like the Navigation, not the easiest to use but it is the most precise of the ones I have had.

5000 watt? I doubt it would be needed, plus I doubt any current amp from JBL could put out that wattage, it may say peak wattage is that but it would be misleading.
