Immobilizer Light blinks while driving

I have searched and can't find anyone that has had this issue. Just last week, I reprogrammed one of my original keys with this method:

I had originally used that to add an aftermarket key but now that the truck is for sale, I realized one original key didn't work. I am assuming you can only have 2 programmed at a time. So I used that method to make my second original key work. Not long afterwards, I noticed that when I am driving the immobilizer light constantly blinks. I know it is supposed to turn off when the key is in the ignition. My truck starts fine with my two programmed keys but the light never stops blinking. I have tried the unprogrammed key and the immobilizer works (truck will turn over but not start) with that one.

I have disconnected the battery to try to reset it but that didn't work. Anyone know how to reset whatever is causing this?

This is the key (no pun intended)

Apparently this reset the code 22 that i apparently had. The blinking was a pattern that looks like 22 so that must have been my issue. w00t!

 

Tried this on/off 5 times and leave key in and mine didn't reset.
