Immobilizer Light blinks while driving

    I have searched and can't find anyone that has had this issue. Just last week, I reprogrammed one of my original keys with this method:

    I had originally used that to add an aftermarket key but now that the truck is for sale, I realized one original key didn't work. I am assuming you can only have 2 programmed at a time. So I used that method to make my second original key work. Not long afterwards, I noticed that when I am driving the immobilizer light constantly blinks. I know it is supposed to turn off when the key is in the ignition. My truck starts fine with my two programmed keys but the light never stops blinking. I have tried the unprogrammed key and the immobilizer works (truck will turn over but not start) with that one.

    I have disconnected the battery to try to reset it but that didn't work. Anyone know how to reset whatever is causing this?

    Tried this on/off 5 times and leave key in and mine didn't reset. :confused:
