Just received my wiper switch and cruise switch and wire from the dealer. Delay wipers work great cant get the cruise to work. I have a 2012 Tacoma 4x4 base model I ordered the parts recommended on this site and confirmed the pt#s with the dealer in Dallas. Any ideas?

Check all the cruise components that you installed, make sure they have power. You may have a bad connection.

I remember reading somewhere, when i was doing this, that some tacomas dont have pre wired cruise control based on where they were built... can someone confirm that?

Standard transmission? If so, did you install the clutch pedal switch?

Otherwise, it might not be prewired as mentioned.

Checked all the connections they seem ok. May not be prewired I don't see a cruise light on the dash when the system does the bulb check on start up. Thanks for the input.
