Hey guys its been a while since I've been on here. Anyways current suspension is just 5100's and an icon add a leaf (5 leafs total in rear now) and front 5100s set at 1.75" lift. I am running the 265/75/16 now with no problems. I want to get the 33"s and in sure there will be some rubbing until I can get a nice set of king's or icon's or fox's.

My question is, should I bump the front shocks to the top perch and put the over load spring back in in the rear? Other option I thought was to get OME springs for front and put on bottom perch to hold me over. Or leave suspension the way it is and run it.

Let me know what you think.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
What wheels will they be mounted on and what are the specs? I would probably go for a little more lift up front to minimize the trimming

I have pretty much same specs and same amount of trimming.

Running 885 OME Springs with 5100s set at 0. I'm just under 3" and clear my 285s nicely.
Of course I have a front bumper so I didn't have to trim much of anything...I had the cab mounts chopped just in case but looking at the tires at full lock...I would've cleared them it seems....My wheels are 16x8 with 4.5" BS

0 offset is pretty much ideal for the size tire you want to run. Any more positive offset and you get close to rubbing the UCA. Less offset the more chance of rubbing the fender flares and body mount. I have -10mm offset and i had to do the cab mount chop even for normal driving. Thats with 2.5" of lift and adjustable upper control arms adding 2 degrees of caster. You might get lucky, some guys claim that the cab mount chop isn't needed.

Anyone out there put 285s on the Texas/TSS edition wheels? It's impossible to find the specs on these wheels so I have no idea what the offset or backspacing is on them.
