2013 TRD Seat Covers on non-airbag seats - will it fit?

Tried searching, but not having much luck.

I'm looking at buying some take off seat covers (the factory fabric- not a cover that goes over the seat) to swap out my ripped seats. They are from a 2013. Would they fit in a 2008 that doesn't have the airbags in them?

I'm thinking the answer is maybe, with some alterations.

I just did something kind of similar. I have an '09 and was concerned at the poor wear quality of the fabric and how fast the foam was compressing. I searched car-part.com and found a new '12 wreck with 800 mi. I bought the whole seat.

The reason I say maybe is the side air bags require a bit more fabric in that section and the fabric may also be weakened. Someone with some skill might be able tuck and stitch it in the correct places and do a great job. More concerning to me is quality of the '12 fabric I received was much worse than on the '09. I would wonder if the '13 has poor fabric too?

I'd go to the dealer and measure up a 2013 seat and compare it to yours.

If it measures up then buy them and go for it.

The air bag thing does not matter.
