So, I noticed that the top of the driver side rear window seal likes to bulge out (forming a small gap between the seal and door) when the window goes up. None of the other 3 do that (the passenger rear moves out slightly, but not nearly as much). I removed and replaced the seal a few times, to no avail. I finally superglued the seal/weatherstripping in a few spots so it would lie flat on the door frame. It looks slightly 'rippled,' but it's secure now. I just want to ensure no water gets down inside the seal.

Has anyone else had this issue? I've seen posts on TW and other sites similar to this, but mainly for sliding rear glass issues.

Definitely! Just not convinced that it's worth driving 35 minutes one way.

Well...taking the Taco in tomorrow morning. Hopefully a replacement will get the job done!
