I have OME on my '13 DBCSB Tacoma.
After taking it to dealer for front end alignment its started a horrible squeak sounds like its from up front.
They had the truck for two hrs and narrowe3d it down to the bushing on the sway bar.
I'm waiting for the parts but I'm wondering if thats really the problem.
Anyone else have the same problem?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

When moving, hear it going over speed bumps, pot holes bumps in the road, not really while turning steering wheel.

I have the exact same issue with my 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport. I just bought it from a dealership who recevied it on a trade in for a bigger truck. The truck i bought has a 2.5" Ready Lift in the front and 1" Ready lift in the back. After driving this for a few months I now have an annoying squeak in the drivers side front end. It is driving me nuts and i can get rid of it for a few days with some grease but i need a permanent fix.....sway bar issues?

After taking it to the dealer they said it was the sway bar bushing, the dealer
replaced them a week later then discovered the sway bar is rubbing on the coil on the frt right. I bought a sway bar relocation kit but haven't had time to install it. I bought it from Sierra Expeditions where I got the OME lift kit from.

THanks for the response. They are trying to tell me it is a control arm busching but i am not convinced. I guess i will have to wait to see after they replace it. Does the standard warranty cover this? My truck is 1 yr old but they say it is not under warranty because of the 3" lift kit.

I've had a nagging squeak in my '05 front end for a few years and the dealer told me that it was likely the front bumper mounting brackets weld broke. The replacement brackets are expensive and welding them is supposed to be cheap and easy but a bit of a PITA. I've been ignoring it as much as possible but it does bother me that my truck sounds like an old farm wagon. I'm going to have a look at the control arm contact spots since I've already lubed the crap out of all the bushings and moving parts in the front suspension.

jumping into this conversation as I have an 11 taco sport and put the ready lift on 2.75 front and 2 in the rear. did have time right after i installed the lift myself everything went smoothly drove it for a few days before aligning it and than after a day of the alignment is when i started to hear the same thing you all are speaking of... that damn squeak in the front right side.

you all think its the sway bar? kai38, hows that relocated kit working out for you ?

Where did you buy the Sway Bar relocation kit? That is my exact issue so now need to know where I can purchase one? Any reccomendations of the exact one to get?

I have a 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport for a 2.75" Ready Lift in the front and 1" in the back.

    Thanks for all your help.

Look and see if the coil spring is contacting the sway bar. I had the same problem.

This thread is old, but I found it and maybe someone else will. I just put a 2" leveling kit on my 2014 trd and it started squeaking going over small bumps in the road. I thought it was ball joints at first, after continuing to look and search I seen this. Sway bar actually touching my coil spring. Wheels are turned to the right for picture.

Check if the swaybar is rubbing on the coilover parts...if so shim it out with a swaybar relocation kit from ToyTec or others...
