    Hello everyone,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I needed some help.
I own a 2011 TX Pro and took it out to play a little. I use 4 high and 4 low everything worked great. However my issue is with the locker. I fallow all the steps to put the truck in 4 low and then push the locker. The lights blink but nothing happens no locker. I jumped on TW and read to let it move a little to engage. Wouldn't you know it it worked. As I read the manual it should engage when its stopped or am i reading this wrong? Ok on to the 2nd question after the locker has engaged I tryed to turn it off. I stop and push the button but the locker stays on. I could not find anything about this anywhere online. So this is what I did, I drove with it a little and it disengaged. Is this normal? I am very new to lockers so any help would be great. Thank you all !!!

Yes and yes. Stop and if won't engage/disengage roll forward or backward very slowly, if necessary you may need to turn the steering wheel while you roll.

I would add to be very sure the clutch pedal is all the way to the floor and not simply depressed part way.

The clutch shouldnt affect the locker to my knowledge. but it is very to true have the clutch all the way in for when switching into 4wd.

And to answer the op's question yes its normal. Sometimes the locker will engage not moving(its rare but it does happen if the gear are lined up) but most of the time u have to move a little bit to get it to engage. Reason being is the locker needs to line up and see no resistence

Usually I have to be rolling with my tires turned to get my locker to engage.
