No, not at all. A prerunner is a vehicle designed to drive a race course with prior to driving the actual race vehicle on it. It is also used as a chase vehicle during the race.

    Many of them are 4x4.

Add all the TRD parts and earn the right to badge it that way...

Don't care if you do or not but I'd only tell you to please remove them if you intend to sell the truck. Be honest...

The most significant part if a "TRD Sport" is the sticker. They are fronting more than you would be.

Easy chief.. While I'll admit my Skewp, mirrors with turn signals, color matched everything are mostly cosmetic, the sport does come with a better rear leaf pack than the off-road.

    locker would be nice though.

The local dealer slapped a TRD Sport Edition sticker on to a SR5 PreRunner and have been trying to sell it as such. As long as you don't do that, it is your truck.

Perhaps get something TRD like a embroidered head rest or a hood scoop.

You wouldn't want a sticker on your vehicle that doesn't represent a performance enhancement, would you?

Not like the trd's are anything more than a sticker anyhow IMO. No offence.
