So first thing, I'm 98% sure that I've got some pretty bad axle wrap going on, as my leaf packs are flat as a pancake. But I've recently noticed a weird vibe goin on, feels like it's the driveshaft pulling apart almost. But I only feel it pretty much as soon as I hit 50mph and above. Any ideas? Would the axle wrap be the cause of this?

I'd check the u-joints if you haven't, and then get the tires balanced if the u-joints look good. Axle wrap shouldn't cause the symptom you're describing.
