I've been to the dealer probably 4-5 times for brake vibes. Each time they have either replaced the drums or resurfaced them. Within a few weeks, the vibes come back. I know it is the drums because slowly applying the emergency brake replicates the issue.

Am I out of the norm here? Has anyone who has had this problem had it resolved with aftermarket drums? If so, which brand?

There is a TSB out for squeaky rear drums. Just say they squeak and the basically replace the whole rear brake assembly.
