what ive seen out west here is several guys have done a home made camo job by spray painting over leaves. Layer several camo colors over each other with leaf patterns. It really looks good, though I don't have the nerve to do it to my 2013. If I had an older model in need of paint however ....

 

I am keeping an eye on this thread to see how it turns out, but it is more important to take care of your mom now. Good luck with the surgery.
