    Don't even go there. It ate up so much idle thought and I just couldn't go that big. There's a noticeable difference in stopping distance. You can really feel these tires.

    I know. I love mine. :D They look awesome with the OME lift. They screwed up and ordered me 265's first and I caught it after they had put them on. I said those 33's look awful small. They had to reorder mine. 285's looked way better. Plus I got to ride on 265's for two days at their expense. lol

    I will agree with you. OP as soon as you lift, you're going to wish you had gone 285's. I did. And I have since sold my 265's, for 285's... much happier with the look and ride.

    IIRC the 255 means no connection is possible. but i am not sure about that. Either way no connection is possible with that

    I agree it looks better but it's not worth the extra size and weight for how I use my truck. You guys with the OME and 285's have the ideal setup in my opinion and you sit 3/4" higher!
