My temp gauge and fuel gauge don't work all the time. The fuel gauge works more often than the temp. Anyone else have this problem?

It doesn't cut off or on while its running. If you start the truck the gauges either work or they don't. Not both sometimes the fuel gauge works but temp does not. But It's never the case that the temp works and fuel gauge doesn't. No other gauges have this issue. Just temp and fuel.

I agree door ding. I was really hoping someone had the same problem so I had a place to start. So I will let you know what I find.
P.S. Almost all electrical problems I've ever had was from a faulty ground..... Finding it is the trick....

I wrote a post asking for advice on a problem I had with gauges. The responses I received were from people who owned Tacoma's that were much newer than my 2005.
I have great news for all of those who own a Tacoma built on or after 2005. You will enjoy a phenomenal pickup that will never let you down. I have 153,000 miles on my Tacoma and I have no reason to believe it won't give me 300,000 miles....And I abuse it on a daily basis and it never lets me down....But I think I'm preaching to the choir....
