    This is ONE reason I would find it very difficult to trade my truck in, YES it has great resale & I would make out very well getting a newer vehicle BUT I know I will always have a great asset in this truck because it's so dependable & with time will only bring me MORE money. I could trade mine in now & have a nice 2-3000 down payment easily or I could wait another year or so & probably double that. I have never been upside down on this truck, unlike every vehicle I had prior to it. I could also keep it until the wheels fall off & I could STILL get a pretty penny for it. I love it!!! :D

    My 2005 Access cab 2wd with 112k was stolen and geico gave me 15.7k for it. IIRC it was around 20k brand new.

    These trucks have great resale value.

    High in resale value, and number one in midsize sales. Can't beat a Tacoma.

    I'm surprise the FJ Cruiser is number 1.
