Best rear leaf springs?

I have a 2010 Dbl cab prerunner and I flatten my stock springs with the aal in them. I need to get some new ones what are the best for 1"-1.5" rear lift and good offroad.

 

The smallest lift rear springs I know is Ironman 4x4. They are well priced, but I believe 1.5-2" of lift.
Most people use Dakar leafs from OME. A little more lift than you want though.

 

I am ok with a little more lift I just want to have springs that will last awhile.

 

Im happy with my dakars. I removed a leaf and i got about 2" of lift give or take

 

do you remove a particular leaf? top, bottom? and do i need to order anything else besides OME shocks"?

I removed the 3rd leaf down in the pack. You can also remove the upper overload. You may need to order new bushings for the rear eye of the dakars depending on who you order from, most vendors include them, i know down south motorsports does not. Longer u-bolts are needed but they are included by most vendors. You might want either a carrier bearing spacer or axle shims to adjust the driveshaft angles if you get vibrations from the lift.

I use the wherler's HD pack with a leaf removed. It lifted the bed about an inch, maybe a hair under.

 

I have narrowed it down to the deaver 10 pack or the Alcan springs. Any thoughts on either one of these?

Check out OMD (4wd) He's "local" and uses Chevy leafs to revive stock leaf packs.

 

I just put the General Spring stock replacement 3 leafs in my double cab last week. I'm very pleased so far. Picked up the rear of the truck probably 1.5" and no more axle wrap.

 

I too am looking at Alcan's 8 pack. I want to be able to tow my TT with a tongue weight of 300-400#'s and have another couple of hundred pounds of stuff in the bed without dumping the rear. I also want to be able to go off road and not have my rear wheel articulation limited. I already have an Icon stage 4 suspension. The front is up about 2 inches and I would like the back up about 3 inches unloaded.
