Got some Hankook Dynapro ATMs in size 265/75/16, and also did 5100's all around (front's at 1.75 mid setting), and Icon progressive 3 leaf AAL in the rear.

When at full lock, the inside edge of the tires is rubbing the lower A arm. Probably not a huge deal, but it doesn't thrill me. Also not like a mud flap or wheel well that I can bend/bang out of the way. Figured I'd post this up since I see a TON of threads claiming there will be zero rubbing with the 265/75/16s. I was surprised when I heard it for the first time.

The offset and back spacing of the wheel have a lot to do with it if your running aftermarket wheels and even though its 265/75-16 the actual measurement between different brand tires varies slightly. And with a m/t you might have a pretty aggressive sidewall lug that reaches out that little bit extra.

Did you get an alignment after your lift?

I did. It was actually barely out, but we tightened up all the specs anyway. There was only one category that barely wouldn't get back into spec (probably the one that everyone has trouble with after a lift), but I forget.

Caster I believe, after a lift you should be shooting for between 2 and 3, which is not factory spec. This could be the source of your rubbing, not guaranteeing it though. Also could be from the change in geometry from the lift, when you perform a lift by only changing the coilover assembly, you are in effect pushing the wheels in a little bit. A 1/4 inch spacer could resolve your issues, if you were to get a set, I would recommend longer wheel studs to go with it.

That makes sense. I guess it's now THAT big of a deal, unless I'm underestimating it. Of course speeds are quite low when at full lock, and it's not that often it happens regardless. Another idea I hear was to add a little bumper to the steering stop, so it effectively limits the turning radius by a fraction, but would stop the tires from going that last little bit, and rubbing.
