I've heard the TRD Sport seats are more comfortable than SR5. I wouldn't know the difference though. So this is a SR5/TRD mixed?

Looks to be a true sport. I guess the blue bilstein shocks would be another giveaway...

Thanks, everyone. Went to the dealer's site even, and it just said SR5 everywhere. Ran the vin# with vindecoder.com, and the trim did not say anything about TRD Sport.

How do the seats differ as far as looks? I saw a 2009 TRD Sport, and a regular SR5, seats looked almost exactly the same.

nope. those go on the SR5's when they do the leaf spring TSB, so you cant go by that.

OP it doesnt really matter, an SR5 and Sport are practically identical anyways.

These have Wet Okole seat covers, but you can see the extended front of the seat on the Sport seats...

In that case :D...any advice on '09 vs. '10 vs. '11? Which would be best?

Edit: Probably too difficult to answer. I've searched threads here, and it seems everyone picks the year of their truck haha. Any year supposed to be built better..or have a major technology feature?

Shouldn't be much of a difference between those years. TRD-Sport switched from a mechanical lsd to an auto lsd for 09 models, that is all I know about TRD Sports.

Regarding build quality, you are right, and I'd probably say my 2013 is built up to my spec, aside from the dash material/coating. But the 09-11 should be all on par with each other as far as build quality. There are a few who have traded in/sold their older 2nd gens and note nuances in the newer model build quality, but as to if their observations are facts or just the "percieved/paranoid" difference in build quality, no one has any concrete comparison that I have seen.

I would be comfortable with any of those years, without too much thought about it. I went from a 2005 to a 2013, so I skipped some years. The '11 has a grille that is unique to that year only. Everything else is probably a minor change in how something might have looked inside.

    It's a true Sport...

Even has the button for the bed outlet and those appear to be TRD seats. Under the vent to the left of the stereo, there appears to be tape covering something where the 4x4 selector switch should be...any idea what that is?
