Search on Grainger for "perforated aluminum" or "expanded aluminum". You can also find perforated stainless steel. You can get some pretty massive sheets of the style you like for cheap and they delivery extremely quickly, next day in most cases.

My favorites from them are the Diamond XXL Flat, Perforated GT (looks pretty mean)and small perforated (looks great on a thin lip for a street truck). I have either the small diamond or small hex on my truck, can't remember at this time.

Always comes packaged real well but I have had a corner bumped once or twice in shipping. If you cut your middle section pretty close, you can use the remaining long piece to put behind your lower bumper opening to blend it with your grill.
