So I was doing a walk around on my truck and the passenger fog light is full of moisture. Not sure why, checked the light and covers and everything seems to be in perfect order. Truck is brand new and under warranty so I plan on going to the dealer about it ASAP.

Anyone have any suggestions as to why it may have happened?

A small crack somewhere? Something not fully sealed?

This will happen if the bulb isn't locked in well. Stick a paper towel in there to soak it all up and reseat the bulb.

    None, just got from dealer
Mine (also 2013) has got the same problem recently, but in both lights. I took it to the dealer and they say it is not big deal and will fix it as guaranty during the first service.

My 07 has this as well in both lights. so you're saying a paper towel on the inside to wipe the moisture out will fix it? if so that's awesome, i was afraid i have to remove them and let them air dry in the sun for hours.

i had this issue with my '12. i took it to the dealer and they said the fogs are not sealed so it's typical for moisture to get in there/then dry out/and so on. it does seem to be the case that they will get fogged/clear up/fog up/clear up so i believed the dealer on this one. i did make them document it on my service order.

What about removing the headlight and putting rice into the light housing itself to evaporate the water?
