If you are eligible for the squeaky clutch TSB GET ER DONE. Had my 2012 in for the TSB and its night and day. Smooth and so much better. engages better, drives better, just better.

The tsb says: "changes clutch pedal and clutch master cylinder assembly." Its suppose to be a major job cause they have to drop whole transmission, I think.

The transmission doesn't come out for this repair. All the parts are accessed under the dash which is limited in room & a PITA for the mechanic. They will most likely remove your drivers seat for better access. I had this done on my 08 a few months back. I had taken mine in numerous times during my 3/36k warranty & 5/60 power train warranty. They replaced my original clutch pedal at 35k due to the clevis rod & clevis cup breaking. A few months ago, I heard a loud snap when I depressed my clutch pedal in bumper to bumper traffic & took it to the dealer. They diagnosed the new clutch pedal had cracked & replaced it with the new TSB assembly. Toyota covered everything!
