Just wondering if anyone knows if they will continue producing these trucks for the next model year. Have not seen or heard anything about it.

If you haven't seen or heard anything about it why would you question it?

Just because I've seen the other big truck companies like gmc and chevy put out their new trucks and nothing on the tacoma. Tundra also has been redone.

Seems like everyone thinks that it is crazy to assume this is the last model year due to the sarcastic comments.

Besides the Camry and corolla, Tacoma has got to be one of their top sellers.

Not to change the subject, but you have an 08 reg cab w an auto, I thought they didn't make them until 09.

I googled 2014 Tacoma, lots of links, just don't buy into the possibly fake sights with 2014 in their name. Toyota is staying cryptic, but lots of links and threads on the topic to be found.

What would everyone buy, if the Tacoma was discontinued? Like next choice other than a Tacoma. For me it would be a 4runner.

Does this have anything to do with the new cafe fuel law requirements.

If they discontinue the Taco, we have no need to buy anything.
Seems we all have Tacoma's already.

Its pretty much the government telling you what kind of vehicles you are going to buy. But it just states that vehechles have to follow a fuel guide line and if it can't, well the government is going to make that its going to be hard as hell to produce and sell these vehicles.
