Yep, reminds me of rigs I saw in Hawaii when I was stationed there... another way to look at it is, it's beach style. Wide tires are popular for playing in the sand, etc.

Ish is hot AF! I seen them place the tires using lighter fluid then lighting the tire on fire for a lil to seat the tires!
