Torque wrench for sure not worth the risk of over torquing or under torquing. If you do buy a torque wrench besure to choose the medium range. If you need say 100ft lbs don't buy a wrench that is 50-100 it will be inaccurate instead buy a 50-200. You always any to be in the middle of minimum and maximum.

It all depends on how good of quality you want you can buy one at canadian tire for $50-$100 but if you were to buy one from acklands it would be the $200 range.

i just installed spacers last night, i would definitely use a torque wrench and the red loctite. you want those spacers installed correctly.

on wrench prices... Harbor Freight is the cheapest, on sale right now for $21USD BUT a crap shoot whether it will last or not. next in line is probably the Kobalt from Lowes at $60USD. Craftsman is the next step in price at about $90USD... if you want a good wrench that's accurate and lasts, i would budget at least $200.

Use loctite on the spacers? I'll get some on the way home

We have Napa and Lordco, don't think auto zone is in canada. I'll probably just buy one from canadian tire.

I think the blue loctite is the non-permanent. Is it a must? I mean do you really think that spacer is gonna budge?

red loctite comes with both the Spidertrax and G2 spacer kits. instructions say to use it so i did. just a dab. i dont want those spacer nuts going anywhere for a long, long time.

Just be aware that if you do use loctite, re-torquing is a waste of time. Even if you are just checking them.
