Need to see reviews from trucks that get run hard before this purse swinging contest means anything.

I couldn't tell from the description but would I be able to use the t-case skid without the other skids? I already have All Pro IFS and tranny skids

Hmm, just to be clear I don't want anyone to think I was comparing us to any other company out there, as there are some great companies around, many of whom I have personally met. They all have their place and I was simply suggesting one of our strengths.

Now that said, we are a new player in the Tacoma market but we aren't exactly new to this and have thousands of happy customers to prove it.

Enough said about that though, as I would like the products to speak for themselves, SOO... I am going to offer 20% off to the first three people who want to test our product and post a review on here.

They look great. It doesn't look like they would work with other IFS skids like Relentless unfortunately. Otherwise I would be interested.

    BTW Welcome!

Ignore the D-Bags. It's clear that the majority of people on here are open to new products and vendors for our trucks since they are pretty limited. Especially in Colorado.

If I didn't have the 4-piece BudBuilt's I'd drive up there, pay you cash, and let you install them! :D

I tell you, I wish I had those holes in my BudBuilt's. I dropped a tool from under the hood the other day, and now I can't find the sumbeetch, it's on the skids somewhere.

I will vouch for Josh not only making a great product, but being a great guy to deal with. I purchased a full set of his skids for my Runner this spring and have taken them through the ringer this summer, from Moab to the high peaks and tougher trails in CO, and they have held up great!

I obviously don't have the set that would go on a Taco, but I expect nothing different in quality and professionalism from Josh and RCI products. I actually suggested that Josh get into the Taco market when I picked my set up from his shop with the large crowd of Taco wheelers, and in CO in particular, glad he finally made an entrance.

In the pics below you will see that I had to put some washers in the front to space the skid down a bit /c of my diff drop, I plan to remove the diff drop this winter to tuck them up a bit higher, not sure if this would be an issue on the Taco. Also to consider, the way the transfer case cross member attaches, bolt on sliders like Shrockworks interfered with the mounting points, again, not sure if this would be an issue on the Taco.

You can also see from my bumper destruction that I have not been gentle on these. :D

This seems to be a slightly different design with less access holes...

I just ordered one and josh has been great at answering questions and very fast with the order process so far. I can't wait to get it and put it on. I'll post some pictures as soon as I get it so stay tuned.

His post was fact, you replied with an uninformed, childish response. How about thinking before you post?

My only question is with all the holes in them. I think they would take away from the strength of the skid as well as give rocks something to stick up into and get hung up on; especially since they hang pretty low as they sit....

^this. I'm definitely interested but not sure I like all the holes in them. My fourwheeler skids have a bunch in them and just got hung up yesterday on a spot where a smooth skid would have slid across it.

Definitely gonna keep up with you guys who are going to put in reviews! Sounds like a great company to deal with!
