You forgot the "I know a guy that knows a guy that swears the 2014 Tacoma will be a new body style and get 33 MPG out of a 400 HP 6 Cylinder but I can't divulge my source" thread.

Guys, where can I find the perfect woman? She should be able to eat rubbish and piss beer. Probably have no vocal cords or gag reflex either. Throw in she makes bank as a model too.

Haha... true... In all seriousness though. The Top Gear episode where they tried to destroy a Hilux and the Artic Trucks episode is what sold me on my Tacoma.

My '94 pickup sold me on Toyota.
Bought my wife an '00 Echo and traded the '94 on an '03 Tundra.
Traded the Echo for an '04 Rav4.

Was planning on buying a Toy Hauler and Toyota had nothing that would tow more than 6k, so I traded the Tundra on an '06 Duramax... ended up with a couple of company cars, then out of a job and forced to buy cheap.
'93 S-10 Blazer (small mistake), replaced by a '95 Suburban (huge mistake), replaced by the '08 Taco (ahhhh.... that's more like it).

Thinking about replacement time for the Rav (150k on it)... whether it's a Rav or a Highlander will depend on what Toyota does between now and then.

Haha. I killed my car, was looking for a Chevy, my taco turned out to be the nicest thing at the Chevy dealership.
