Ahh, you know that old adige, Opinions are like......How fitting.

I like that Smitty built. After I get done with my lift I need to have the wife see if she can get in and out easy enough. If not that will get added to my truck.

Bull bars are a tough call, obviously some like them some don't. I don't mind them and also am considering something like that. Most of my trucks in the past had brush guards. But now days and what I plan on doing I might be better off with a full bumper and winch set up. For me that's a ways down the road.

The bull bar would possibly be a temporary install just to hang lights on. I will need the lights before I need the bumper. They are cheap enough and if I can find a craigslist bull bar, I might go with it.

    Never denied being one ;)

Unwanted opinion but a bullbar to me makes the truck look as if it has a under bite. Does very little to protect the truck and in "most" cases (depending on model) does more damage than good. Nerf bar's (which I assume you're talking about) do very little to protect the truck and are mostly for looks. My wife is 5' tall and has no issue with getting in my truck so it's really hard to justify the statement that people use them because they "can't" get into the truck without them.

    Again... JM "asshole" O :)

If you're looking to get something to mount lights too buy a N-Fab or something similar.
