Hello to all! A few months back I bought a 2013 Tacoma and installed a 3 inch lift with 33's and was looking for a way to mount my Hi-Lift jack in the bed. I recently completed the design of these mounts for my truck and thought I'd post them on here to see if I could gain anyone's interest in buying a set.

Each set of mounts is made from 12 gauge 304 stainless steel, cut using an Omax water jet and formed with a CNC press brake. The set will include 2 mounts, 2 mounting tabs and all the necessary hardware. Per request, a hole can be drilled in the mounting bolts for a lock to go thru.

As a bit of background, our family business is in the speciality sheet metal fabrication trade, specifically dealing with stainless steel. My father has been in the trade for 25 years and I've been doing it for around 5. All the materials used to make these mounts are in house and can be manufactured as soon as an order arrives.

I'm offering a standard brush finish for $120 or a textured black powder coated finish for $130. Prices INCLUDE UPS Ground shipping.

If anyone would be interested, send me a PM and we'll take it from there! Thanks for looking!

I should state that this is more of a feeler thread than anything. I had a couple of friends say that this mounting solution could possibly sell, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I tried a couple of different designs, and I found that this design puts the least amount of stress on the actual rail and prevents rattling and bouncing while driving. And since it mounts below the bed, a bed cover is still able to be used as well. Like I've already stated, all of the materials used to make these mounts are in house, and the sets can be made within one day and shipped out.

Design looks good, the product looks great, but the price is steep, and there are official vendors offering the same thing for about $50 less.

Ah, I see. I'll have to go back and try to rework my price. Just out of curiosity, do you know if those are stainless?

I want to say no, but I wouldn't budge much on your price. Some people would rather pay a premium for a stainless product vs HREW steel or aluminum just for less maintenance.

Do the bolts for the wing nuts have a hole drilled in them for the use of a lock? I'm worried about my jack running away at night.

Hey there neighbor - we live in Hanover PA. Just a few miles away.

Your product looks good, but I too would only be taken back by the cost and poor ability to adequately secure the jack. One additional possible change to mention is -- Can the bracket get any closer to the beds interior body? Looks like maybe there's room for the jack to mount a bit closer to the bed without touching.
Do you have any pictures with it mounted onto the side rails instead of the rail closest to the cab of the truck? How far down does the lower jack mount go - what I'm asking is...if mounted onto the side rails in the bed, would the mount be too long/large?

    Again, really good looking mounts!
Are you thinking of making any other products? I'd be interested in skids/bumpers.

Per request, a hole can be added to the bolt. (I'll edit my initial post to include that. Thanks!)

I do not have pictures of it mounted on the side of the bed, but yes the mounts will work on the side. I didn't want to cut it too close to the bed. But if you are really interested we can meet up and you can check them out for yourself! Did you purchase your truck from Hanover Toyota?

Those are nice, however that seller is using the Toyota emblem and most likely does not have authorized permission to be using that on his products. With my mounts, you can also use a Quick Fist clamp using the proper hardware.

And to elaborate on other parts I might make, I'm looking into making antenna brackets, shovel/tool holders, and an IFS skid at this point. The brackets and holders will be stainless. I'm thinking of offering the IFS skid in a thin, stainless, "cosmetic" version for those with mainly street trucks. If that goes well, then possibly a beefier trail version out of mild steel, as well as the other skids for the under carriage. We unfortunately don't have a pipe bender to fab up bumpers and sliders.

    Yep, sure did.
I have several Relentless Fab items now. I'll be looking out for more of your products as they come available. :D

I'd be interested in an antenna mount that could be used with the bed rails if you start selling those!

You're in luck! In a couple days I'm going to start a new thread with all of the products I have designed. I've been busy with work lately, but everything is made. I just have to get pictures uploaded. I'll paste the link to the new thread in this one once it's up.

Nice looking product OP. Price point seems a little high but I can also appreciate "You get what you pay for". Just to throw it out there as my .02 worth. There is a real market opportunity for someone to make bumpers and skids on the east coast. We have next to no options and any time I talk to people around here they all say the same thing. As a thought maybe you could take your products down to the Stevens Show and Tell event in VA http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/south-east/291505-steven-toyota-scion-show-tell-event.html.

Hey guys. Got mine in a while ago but was waiting to get my toolbox so I could mount my bedrail to the front of it for the high lift.

The silver are the high lift mount mounts. Sounds funny. They work perfectly!

High Lift mounted. It's too long but The mounts work perfectly. They look great and make it easy to get access to the lift. He drilled holes for locks for me. I don't trust anyone so having him do that for me was awesome!
Thanks again man!! These are perfect.
