Yes. I believe all TRD models are Prerunners. TRD includes the Prerunner value package plus other upgrades.

TRD could also be 4x4, but you are correct that there are no TRD 5-lug options.

The sheet metal is identical to the 2005 behind the front clip.
MGM just shows that top crease a little more.

08 reg cab auto, tow hitch, bed cover, 235 75 R15 BFG All Terrain Tires, cruise control. Pin Strip on the sides.
