^ You guys talking about me?

I do have (2) emblems painted flat black. I took the "ma" off Tacoma to form "Taco". I was going to put them on the truck but I like the stealth sleek look. No Tacoma or TRD is on my truck.:D

I'm debating to paint the inner chrome area of my headlights to Radiant Red. Thought this would be unique and interesting. What do you guys think? Make the truck look angry/mean?

    That would look SICK!

I vote for black badges though, but then again I like the badged look. :p

Either way your truck is sick and the headlight idea is great!

    :p so....???
The X-Runner is cool but the Sport looks like it has pink eye...lol just sayin'.
If you do it, get the right shade of red so it doesn't look like pink eye or something. Match the truck as best as you can but black looks pretty damn good right now.

^ Guys, check my headlights in my pictures. I'm going to keep it the same but paint the inner chrome area Rad Red. So its going to have that black headlight mod w/the inside chrome area Rad Red. I haven't seen anyone even attempt to paint that area yet. I have the exact can of paint that was left over when they repainted my truck. I'm waiting for my T-Rex eyelids to come in.

Thanks Noah. Thats too much Red for the front end and doesn't look well imho. You see where its Chrome? I want to paint that Rad Red and leave the rest of my headlights now as is. I think it would be unique and will stand the heck out!

    Future Mods.

    1. T-Rex Eyelid
    2. Color Match Tailgate Handle
    3. Metallic Gold XRunner X-Brace
    4. Color Match Rear bumper License Plate Lights. The (2) Plastic stock pieces.
    5. Metallic Front Tow Hooks (Its Red Now)
    6. Rear Mud Flap trimmed 60% from stock height.

    I can't wait for these additional mods.:D

Only chrome left on his headlights is the part that reflects the light from the bulb, dont think it would be a good idea to paint

    ^

Yeah, I thought of that but I have some really bright HID's and I figure it might tone it down? However, my only concern is how the paint will hold up to the heat from the HIDs.

Yeah, I have a Brass Knuckle tow hitch cover painted black.:D

Wait, it just dawned on me as I looked at my headlights! Scratch the whole chrome area being painted Red. I will paint the small chrome bulb cover inside the housing. So its going to be a small touch of red inside and not too overwhelming. I think that would be small details that brings out the truck.

Rayzian- I dont think I'd try that red paint. Its the reflector, it need to be a mirror finish to direct the light......

He's right, cops have tried to ticket me for the BHLM because they thought the head light bowl was painted black until they looked closer. Also they do project the light I am pretty sure.

Hey I noticed in your pics that it looks like you painted your turn signals and side markers reflectors yellow? Or at least it looks like it does unless you just added yellow bulbs?

^I painted them transparent Yellow. It stands out a lot more and thought it would be unique. I like to do small detailed things that compliments my larger mods. :D

Yeah that looks really sweet man!!! I like how it matches the fogs!!! Good job.;) I was thinking about doing something like that but wasn't sure if I wanted to take apart my headlight assembly.
