    I put ngk irridiums back in my 09 2.7.worked ok.

    I haven't heard a lot of good things about the 4.0 liter engine and platinum plugs. From what I have read on here most people have had bad experiences with them.

    The 2.7 liter comes factory with Iridium plugs.
    The 4.0 liter comes factory with Copper plugs.
