I have a 2011 2wd TRD with a 3" Camburg Entry level kit on it, and when I back up and turn the wheels there's an intermittent clunking sound coming from the front end. Some days it does it more than others, and there are times when it will go multiple days without doing it at all. The dealership couldn't find anything when I took it in. Has anybody else experienced this?

Check your springs for scuff marks and connect the dots. It is very common for the sway bar link bolts to hit the coils. The other thing could simply be your steer stop contact, is the sound happening when you are backing out of parking spaces or your garage at full steer lock ? If so just grease your steer stop contact points on the spindle and the lower control arm. It will never completely eliminate the noise if you are at full locl and roll through a bump.

What mid travel kit do you have on your truck? Do you have the Bilstein Entry Level Kit?
