I've heard there is a plug that will fix the issue, it plugs into the passenger socket. Ill try and find it because my high beams don't work at all and I tested the high beam before as well. I beleive it's something on eBay

1st Gen is ground-true logic. The relay may not be set up properly for it.
If you bought them from TRS, shoot them an email and they can let you know what modifications need to be made.

So I ran into another problem. I have condensation in my headlights. :( I sealed the sh!% out of the headlights, perhaps using too much sealant as the headlights wouldnt seat all the way back down and clip in. I clamped them for a while and then zip tied the clips. It seemed pretty well sealed. It seems that the ribbon sealant that TRS gives you softens up a great deal with heat.

Do I have to take the whole thing apart and reseal the lights? It is collecting on the inside corners and along the outside curves.

Is the back where the bulb sealed? Like the boot has no gaps from the bulb and plug?

I will have to check. I had to cut the stock rubber boot to allow the plug for the bulb. There is a chance there is a gap. Do you have any pics of how you cut the boot and sealed the bulb?

Really I just cut the boot. The thick rubber that would wrap around the stock bulb is where I cut. It gave the plug for the bulb just enough space to go on to the bulb and rotate into place.
I can get you some pictures but I have to pull the battery out and hope its not to cold tomorrow

This picture should be enough to scare anyone away from those lights. From the pro tuning link above.

I would be tempted to say that nothing looks good up that close, but my D2S projectors actually do... They look about the same at 5ft as they do at 25ft, though at 5ft there's a little more of a hot spot, and the "squirrel spotters" are a little more obvious.

Wife still has halogens in her Rav, and then the lenses fogged, I replaced them with a set of Spyder housings. They are horrible. The pattern sucks and the old fogged housings threw more light on the road.

If your projectors don't look like this, or better, send them back:
