Dealer can't fix... what should I do

    Update:

    It's been in at the dealer for 7 days now.
    I think its time to have a serious talk with a manager / owner.

    Just thought I would report back the final results in case anyone else encounters this issue.

    The dealer had to remove the truck bed and then replace the cab channel shapped stiffener on the back side.

    It required welding on the body then a repaint of the back section of the cab. (Defective welding on the body from the factory)

    :)It's fixed
    :(They had to cut and weld on a new truck

    At least the problem is resolved. Things like this happen when you deal with a mass production vehicle. Glad to hear you have it back now!
