Vibration? U Joints?

I have this vibration starting at about 40 mph and it is intense at about 50+ mph. The part that makes me think it is the U Joints, is when I driving at 40-70mph and let off the gas and press the gas again, it will "clank" loudly. I had a an old chevy when I was younger and it did that before I replaced the U Joints? But I also wonder if the carrier bracket that holds the drive shaft could have anything to do with it? (Ive had the drive shaft fall out on me in that truck... I'd like to avoid that again if possible lol) It also has a squeaking at low speeds when it has rained.

I tried searching the forum for issues similar to this and some people were saying that some type of vibration or squeaking that all of these tacomas have, but I figured I'd just ask anyway.
